A Rush Fee of at least $25 will be charged for cakes ordered less than 48 hours before the event day or fewer than 2 weeks for large orders (e.g. wedding and other multi-tiered or sculpted cakes). If a cancellation is made fewer than 14 days before the delivery or pick-up date, we will not refund your money because booking your order into our schedule means we are turning away other potential customers for that slot. It is business that we are not likely to make up at that point. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to us via email at Huascarandco at Gmail.
Pricing for custom cakes begins at $8 per slice for buttercream and $10 per slice for fondant. For that price level, we make a simple yet lovely design. The price goes up as the complexity of the design and work involved increases. Prices for custom cupcakes start at $7.50 per cupcake for an edible image (such as a logo), and go up as the complexity of the design increases.
The smallest cake that we make is 6-inches in diameter and it provides 12 servings, at most. All our cakes consist of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling. They are taller than normal, approximately 5 1/2 inches tall, and, therefore, should be sliced accordingly to achieve the desired number of servings.
